What is the name of this toy?

What is the name of this toy? It was like a toy fishtank. It came with a plastic "tank" and sharks, fish, scuba diver and seaweed. You had to use distilled water and then add this powder that came with it and then it would turn into a gel, then you could add the scenery and stuff.
