Nano Vapor, Wheybolic extreme 60, Plasma jet , and GNC multivitamin packs!?
I run abt 20 min in the morning, then drink a protein shake, along wiith a multivitimam pack, ..Eat a lunch and may have another protein shake abt an 1-2 hours later; ingest the plasma jet and nano vapor before i work out(as directed)..after workout(along with another 20-30 mins of cardio) i have another protein shake..then i may have a meal. My question is wat kinda results will i see..im currently tryna gain the most LEAN muscle I can...jus to give u an example my muscles are kinda"soft" i heard iit was genetics but with a shirt on i look pretty ripped; and i have pumps after workout..but it seems i jus cant get them to staythat way; im 6'0 abt 206; i fool a lot of females they think im really in shape lol..
