How much do the rights to a movie cost (for a movie theater)?

This is a very good idea!! I'm not sure if you could but it would be awesome to have a theater like this. I would think you could cause I went to a theater when I was 14 that was playing the Wizard of Oz and that was only 9 years ago so obviously it wasn't a new release. Good Luck!
