Cravings that must stop (salt & a lot of it)?

I would suggest seeing a therapist/mental health professional for the hair pulling. The technical name for hair pulling is "Trichotillomania (trik-o-til-o-MAY-ne-uh) is an irresistible urge to pull out hair from your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body. Hair pulling from the scalp often leaves patchy bald spots, which people with trichotillomania may go to great lengths to disguise. Hair is often ociated with beauty and vitality. That's why trichotillomania — also called hair-pulling disorder, trich or pulling — can be so emotionally painful for people with the condition. For some people, trichotillomania may be mild and generally manageable. For others, the urge to pull hair is overwhelming."- (Mayo Clinic). I would also get checked out physically because craving a lot of salt can be a symptom of something medical going on (from something as mild as dehydration to something as serious as an adrenal insufficiency) and excessive salt consumption can cause high blood pressure. I hope you get it figured out soon and start to feel better!
