Who should i start on my Fantasy League Team?

Ok i have three options on my fantasy team...darren Mcfadden, julis jones, and cedric benson...Darren versing the Chargers so idk he may be out....which leaves Benson vs. Broncos and Jones vs. Rams both have poor defenses so i just wanna pick the best option...i have Adrian peterson and brian westbrook locked in so i just need one more back.
