Do you think they need to make a new title on ecw?

Despite the problems that ECW has, I think, if ECW did not have a brand extension with Smackdown, the WWE should bring back the Championship as ECW's 2nd title. However, instead of having the 24/7 Rules, the title should always be defended in Extreme Rules Matches.
