Do you boycott Citgo because of Venezuela's Hugo Chavez?

If we had Citgo had stations in my neck of the woods I would. I lived in Venezuela in 1997 and for a period in 1999. Of my closest dozen friends only 2 still live in Venezuela. The rest have moved to North America or Europe to escape Chavez.
