Does the Proactiv Refining Mask work for pimples ?

The funny thing about it is, it kind of does and doesn't. Is it as immediate as they claim? No...but over a week or so that pimple should be gone with the accompany of the proactive system. Will it be affective by itself? Probably not. Here's why. It is supposed to be used within the system. The other products compliment the refining mask to help clear them up faster. Unfortunately, I thought it worked individually thus leading to an over usage and my face has been peeling for 3 months now. So, please refrain from using large amounts because it only works with the solution; putting large amount of it on your face will not prevent pimples nor get rid of them faster. Take your time, put it on every night, don't over do it, or else your face will peel, badly.
