What food can i take in my hold luggage?

The general rule is no meat products, no vegetable or fruit, no drugs of any kind. Even cannabis will be sniffed out by the airport dogs and you could be imprisoned without trial etc. They also have sniffer dogs for the other items so be very cautious. Tinned and dry goods are OK.
