Mellow background music?

I need some decent mellow background music to go with a final project (Photostory 3), for my American Lit cl. Possibly something to do with the American Dream? We have been throwing around some ideas with what is important and what matters to people... Think of clic American literature texts (Great Gatsby etc.).
