How to get Falcon on Mabinogi?

I looked it up and it says it starts at lvl 7 and you get the quest to go talk to Yoff then you gives you the keyword Ancient Irnid, but i don't have a quest that involves him or the keyword. i tried to just talk to him to see if he would give it to me but that didn't work either. what do i do?
