Creepy Person's Last Name?

I'm currently writing a short story and, unfortunately, hit a rather trivial roadblock. I need a last name. The character's first name is Harold. The last name needs to ooze lived-with-mom-for-thirty-years-and-has-… Preferably something Irish like but not necessary. Much appreciation.
