When would it be least windy at the beach for pictures at my wedding?

I'm getting married on the beach and want my wedding to be next May 12. The only problem I am having is that I'm worried the wind will be to harsh for pictures. Does anyone know the statistical average of the wind mph around the florida panhandle? I just don't know if I really want to have it there and not have ANY good photos of that special day because everyone's hair will be a mess. Please help! Thanks
