Monday I was driving from the store and I begin feeling this sharp pain, it started on the side of my neck (can't remember which side) and it went to my ear and to the base of my head. I rubbed it until it went away about 10-15 seconds later. Could this be a sinus infection? I've been sleeping under the fan at night and I know I've been congested. I've never felt that before and I haven't felt it since. What could be the reason?
